I have no idea, but they do get tons of free things from different companies, so that's worth it by itself!
I think they probably get compensation from some companies for using their products!. You'll see the kids in GAP clothing a lot!.

I'm sure they get compensated fairly well considering they have a whole camera crew running around their house so often!.
