The show was called the New Twilight Zone!. The first episode you described was called The Toys of Caliban (Season 2, Episode 10) and the second was Children's Zoo (Season 1, Episode 3)!. I really enjoyed this series, especially Shatterday with Bruce Willis and The Shadow Man!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
