Question: How is US Big Brother BB10 whereas we're only on BB9 in the UK!?!?

The first US Big Brother aired just 7 days before the first UK Big Brother, how are we on 9 and they’re on 10!? Did they have two in a year in the US or something!?

When the writers in the US went on strike back in late fall early winter the US did a short one with couples to fill in the time slots as there was no shows being made!. It ended in like march i think!. Very short as it evicted 2 people at a time for awhile!. Toward the end the "couples" were broken up and played as indviduals!. They paired two total strangers together by doing a romance profile!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
People are saying it's the writers strike so it must be it!. But we also had BB on E4 last year!. You could only watch it on E4!. If you didn't watch it - congratulate yourself because it was the most boring thing ever, but that never got counted as a BB!. If it was we'd be on number 10 too!.

we had a writer's strike this year so they did a fall/winter big brother which was 9!. they pushed out a bunch of reality shows to cover the strikeWww@Enter-QA@Com
