Question: Y&R If dislike Sabrina, is it the actress or the character and her story line with Victor that you dislike!?
I don't like Sabrina (the character) anymore than a lot of people do or her and Victor as a couple, but as another poster has already posted it has been said that the PTB of Y&R decided to kill off her character and point blank fire the actress because of Sabrina and her whole story line being so disliked by so many fans and because Y&R's ratings have been constantly slipping and they are concerned!.

No, I don't think it's fair to the actress at all!. If people dislike her so much, then I think she was doing her job very well (the same way I feel about Phyllis, Amber and Gloria- the actresses themselves are very convincing and play the hell out of these roles)
I don't think that Sabrina alone could have such an impact on ratings- if that is the case, then it shows how weak the writing must be if the other story lines couldn't pick up the slack for the Sabrina storyline!.

I think the show is slipping as a whole!. Granted I still watch it every day - but they go through these ruts where they don't tie up story lines, forget about others that are hanging out there!. They NEVER keep anyone together for any length of time anymore!. Lauren and Michael are the only one's I think that have been together for more than 10 minutes!. Plus I speak for myself and I think others when I say that I HATE the way they have Victoria acting over all of this!. I had a new found respect for Sabrina when she started sticking up for herself and standing up to Vikki!.!.!.I fast forward through about 45% of the show when I DVR it - so I think they are using Sabrina the character/and actress as a cop out!. Which is BS - do I love her with Vic no - but has the baby miscarriage/false pregnancy death thing had it's day OH YEAH!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I have to say that i don't like the whole storyline at all!. As pigheaded as Victor is, he loves his kids enough to not hook up with his daughters best friend if it upsets her!. He wouldn't do it!. The character is just so shabbily written like they decided "Hey lets bring in a character from Victorias past to stir things up" without planning for it!.
The actress is a whole other story!. She seems so one dimensional!. Even when Sabrina is supposed to be happy, the actress always looks mildly annoyed! So I dislike both the character and the actress!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I didnt care for the character either!. I am sure most actors and actress know when they do go to a new show, that if they dont sign a contract for a certain amount of time that they have the chance of getting the boot!. Who knows, she might turn up on another soap opera!. I think the whole story line of Sabrina and Victor is what made all the viewers upset!. The age difference and that she was Vikki's best friend!. also the mushy French talk was totally gross!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I don't dislike Sabrina for the mere fact that she made/makes Victor happy!. I can't stand the way that Victoria and Nikki behave as tho Victor should have no happiness unless he's with Nikki!.!.!.!. I think it's a cop out for them to say that it's because of Sabrina the ratings are down!. If that were the case soaps wouldn't exist because everybody can't like everybody!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
no, not really , I really didnt like the character either , her and victor didnt seem to have much chemistry, but they could have had her go back to her former lover, and we could of discovered that she was using victor!. They really never gave her a chance!. There was so many ways this story could have gone instead of killing her off, Victor could have left her to go back to Niki, since we all know that would happen anyway!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Even though people dislike Sabrina (because shes with Victor and has an unborn child with him) you shouldn't kill her and the baby off!. Don't fire her and ruin her acting career!. I don't really like Sabrina to be honest it's because she married Victor and she's having a child with him!. PLUS Victoria was Sabrina's best friend and now she's Victoria's STEPMOTHER!! GAH! That's just kinda wrong plus Victors' old enough to be her dad! They should instead try to destroy her marriage with Victor!. It's worth the drama but that's what soap operas are!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, I think it was the actress!. She seems so stiff to me!. Like she has her nose in the air all the time!. As if she thinks she is cute!. Maybe some one else playing her part would have been better!. She is suppose to be Vickie's age but she looks Nikki's!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

this has happened time and time again!. I do not have anything against any of the actors on the show!. I admire their talents and contributions!. I just did not like the character and how dumb Victor became!. I do no hate the actors/actresses who play Adam, David, Brad, Gloria, Chloe and Heather, just their characters!.
I do not know if you watch All my children, but this happened just this year, I believe!. The original actress who played Greene (rebecca Budig) quit and moved to LA!. Another actress was selected to play Greenlee!. the fans were not impressed and that actress got fired and replaced by!.!.!.the original actress!.
