I love Uncle Leo and those 2 guys that one had a latin accent and were instigators!. They are in an episode that Kramer was in the AIDS walk, that he didnt want to wear the ribbon!. One was ''WHO! WHO DOESNT WANT TO WEAR THE RIBBON!?!" And they beat kramer up!.
They are also in the puertorican day parade episode and in one that they take Elaine's armoir that Kramer was supposed to be watching!.
