To start off with, Firefly is the best sci-fi TV show ever! It ran for half a season then it was cancelled, but it's well worth watching on DVD!.
Well, you could watch Torchwood - it's vaguely like what would happen if Captain Jack Harkness instead of Angel was the main character of Angel!. Of course, this comparison might be because Russell T Davies shamelessly ripped off at least half a dozen Buffy or Angel plot lines!.!.!. but if you like Jack's character, you definitely should check it out!.
Primeval is pretty good too, it's about time travel and dionsaurs!. What could be more fun!?
Stargate Atlantis is starting tonight, too!.!.!.

Battlestar Galactica!? It only has half a season left to be shown (next year) but there are 3 1/2 seasons, a miniseries and Razor to catch up on that should keep you occupied :)
Its not your usual Sci-fi stuff (e!.g!. Startreck) and most people i know who enjoy Dr Who enjoy it too!.
All but the latest series is available on DVD or if you are that way inclined you could do a dodgy download from somewhere like Mininova using uTorrent (not that i would ever consider something like this myself!.!.!.!.!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
