It looks like you're just interested in the current cast of GH, but I've watched this show for 20+ years so some of my favorite good guys/bad guys aren't on the show anymore!. So!.!.!.

Of the current cast:
Good guy: Spinelli (he's so funny) and Jason (just b/c)
Bad Guy: Anthony Z (he's a hoot) and Jerry Jax (I love his dry sense of humor and for a bad guy, he's still very charming)

In the past:
Good Guy: Luke Spencer-he's witty and thinks fast (although I guess he's current) and Robert Scorpio-b/c he's a man of action (plus, I loved the accent)
Bad Guy: Helena Cassadine and Cesar Faison (no villan on GH has done "pure evil" better than Helena and Faison)Www@Enter-QA@Com

My favorite bad boy will always be Jason Morgan!. He's got enough "good boy" in him to be my favorite everything!. <G> he's just awesome!.
Another favorite good guy is Spinelli!. He'll never cross over to the dark side but he's forged a friendship with Jason and nothing will keep them from being friends!. They respect each other far too much to let someone or something come between their friendship!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Oh my this is one of my favorite soaps!. I also watch One Life to Live!. If I miss One Life to Live I am fine, but not GH!. My favorite good guys are Damian Spinelli( he is so sweet) and Jason Morgan(He is loyal to everyone he loves)!. I would say Johnny Zacchara(he is good looking and sweet) and Maxie Jones(I enjoy finding out what she is up to next) are my favorite bad guys!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My favorite 'good guy' is Jason!. His heart is always in the right place even when he's doing illegal activities!. Jason has your back!. Oh yeah and Diane!.!.!.!.she's great!

The 'bad guys' I'm loving to hate lately are Claudia!.!.!.she's level headed, but vedictive!. Anthony Z'Crazy!.!.!.He probably has the best lines on the show!. He's so funny!. And Jerry Jax!.!.!.he's sauve, cool, and mean as heck!. I love those guys!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
