Question: Am I Too Small For The Biggest Loser!?
I told someone that I was interested in auditioning for the biggest loser and they said that I was too small!. I'm 5'4", 160 lbs!. I wear a size 10 and according to my BMI, I'm obese!. I've checked the biggest loser message boards and have contacted NBC, but still don't have an answer!.

Does anyone know if you have to be overweight by a specific amount!? I think i'm fat enough, but I don't want to waste an entire day at a casting call just to be turned away!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Wow, first of all congratulations on your weight loss!

But I think the rest of the posters are right and you aren't large enough to be considered a viable candidate for The Biggest Loser!. Not to mention, even on the odd chance that you could make it on the season, you would be voted off pretty quickly because you physically don't have that much to lose so you wouldn't add that much to a team total!.

And not that you asked, but the last 20 or so pounds are always the hardest!. Try getting a friend to start a workout routine!. If you've already been doing cardio, add in some weights!. Since you've already lost 70 pounds you've shown that you've got it in you - so keep up the good work! Even if you don't drop another pound, it's about being fit and healthy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You're probably a little too small for the Biggest Loser, but don't let that stop you from applying!. They may surprise you and put you on the show!.
If you don't get on, just find a sport that you like and can play pretty easily, like tennis, and start working out with that!. And obviously, this goes without saying, watch what you eat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

dont go on the show!. 160 is not that bad, and i dont think its big enough for the show anyway!. what you should do is watch the show and see what they do!. join a gym, eat healthy, and just do what you did to lose the remaining 30-40 pounds you want to lose!. and if you cant lose it, than just be happy the way you are, and dont care what other people might think, cause 160 is REALLY NOT THAT BAD!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, you are currently too small!. Try increasing your cheetos and ice cream intake over the next year, and maybe you will qualify for next season!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think you are ok but if you want to lose pounds then just work out or ride a bike!.biggest loser is for people who way like 200,and up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so that what i thinkWww@Enter-QA@Com
