Firstly, Max started having chest pains on the morning of his wedding to Steph, and OB and Tony convinced him to go to the hospital as it was getting worse!. however, at the hospital they told him it was just a pulled muscle and he made it to the wedding on time!.
Max and Steph got married, then during the party at The Dog, Max and OB went back to the flat, as Max had got presents, a watch for OB, and a jukebox for Steph, which he was taking to the party!. Tom is also with them, and as Max and OB carry Stephs present down the stairs, Tom is playing with his toy near the road!. You saw Niall looking angry - because Steph had chosen Max over him - in his car, and Toms toy flew into the road just as Niall accelerated, Max heard the car and ran into the road to save Tom and Niall couldn't break quick enough and ran Max over!. Tom was safe, but Max died in OB's arms!. Max told OB that he loved him, and OB went 'dont be gay, mate'!. He also told him to tell Steph that today had been the happiest day of his life!. He died at the scene!.
It was soo sad, I cried buckets!! Lol

He was saving tom from being run over by nial whom was mad as stef was marrying max so he got in his car raved it and drove fast down the street!. Max and ob were carrying a juke box down the stairs from where max lives while tom was playing with an action figure with a parasute on he threw it and it went in the road max heard the car and ran and pushed tom out the way but got hit by the car its so sad i cryed!.
