its' the equivalent of a leash!. They are a horrible invention!. Encourage the buddy system instead!. An watch your children!. Don't put them in situations where they can become separated from you!. It' common sense!. Leashes are for animals not children!.
Oh!. That's makes a huge difference! I used to work in daycare, so I know what you mean!. We had one, but I never used it!. We did a choo choo train instead!. And we went up and down hills, and snakes and did circles here and there to keep them interested!. During halloween they had to tip toe and not wake the ghosts!. I did it with them, as well as my aides!. I'll find the link for it for you though!. I'm 100% against those thing though!.
