as women get older they sometimes have extra hair growth also it could be a hormonal problem (my friend has a problem with hair growing round her chin and neck)dark haired people also have problems like this too!. as they are in the bb house and are probably restricted in what they can have in there then shaving is probably her only option as plucking takes too long!.
