Bad Wolf was a word that originated in series one of doctor who!. A little boy was seen painting it on the side of the TARDIS, and the doctor, thinking nothing of it, asked him to wipe it of!. However, during that first series, the word was crucial to the final two episodes - named Bad Wolf and Parting of the Ways!.
It was mentioned so many times over the course of the series, and in the finale, it became one of the most important words in the Doctor and Rose's lives!. The Doctor sent Rose home in The parting of the Ways, knowing full well that if she stayed, then she would have died!.
Whilst Rose was grieving for the Doctor, she noticed that the word bad wolf was graffitied across the ground in her south london homeland!. She said 'Bad wolf here, and bad wolf there, it's like a connection between me and the Doctor'!. She then absorbed the time vortex, and became the 'bad wolf', the supposed creator of all time and space!.
The time vortex inside her head was killing her, and the doctor absorbed it out of her (saving her life), with a kiss!. He then regenerated!. Since then, Bad Wolf has always been a warning for the Doctor and Rose, as well as being a connection between the two of them!. also, when the doctor and rose lost each other in the Battle of Canary Wharf at the end of series two, typically the beach that Rose and the Doctor made their final goodbyes was called, Bad Wolf Bay!.
Therefore, at the end of Turn Left, the doctor is shocked, but also happy about seeing rose again, but knows that bad wolf will always mean either the end of the world, or something terrible!.

Bad Wolf is a message to the doctor that the universe is coming to an end!. Rose is Bad Wolf!. She looked into the Tardis in the first series and now she has part of the tardis heart in her!. So whenever the doctor sees Bad Wolf he knows its bad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
