Question: Law and Order!?!?
I saw this Law and Order episode( i can't remember if it was SVU or CI or just original)!.!.!.there were about 8 murders!.!.!.!.4 at a dinner party then another 4 in some park I THINK and 1 guy who was in the hospital (he might have died later) and they suspect 2 brothers one was named Billy (can't remember the others) Billy's brother forced him to kill those people and the actor who played Billy was really cute!.!.!.!.uhhh!.!.!.he cried a lot if that helps!.!.!.!.i've looked all over but i can't find the name of that actor!.!.!.do you know the name of the episode!.!.!.the season!.!.!.which Law and Order it was(SVU,CI, etc!.) or anything about that actor
