Question: How did Spike come back to life and appear on Angel!?
Im confused, I just started watching Angel and Ive watched all of the Buffy the Vampire slayer shows in order!. So my question is, I know Spike died in one of the last episodes killing all of the vampires with that flaming necklace of his, and then sunydale sank into a huge hole!. So how is it posible he shows up first in episode 3 of Angel!. And why werent any of the characters surprized to even hear from him!?!?!? Please help!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Or Is Angel supposed to be the continuation right after Angel leaves Sunnydale!. Are you talking about when Spike shows up to get the Gem of Amarra from Angel in the third episode of Angel season one!?Then yes, the first season of Angel takes place immediately after Angel left Sunnydale and concurrently with Buffy season 4!. The Angel season one episode where Spike shows up, In the Dark, takes place immediately after the Buffy season 4 episode The Harsh Light of Day!. At the end of Harsh Light of Day, Buffy decides to have Oz take the Gem of Amarra to Angel in LA; Spike follows to try to get it back, and that's In the Dark!. Buffy seasons 4 through 7 correspond with Angel seasons 1 through 4, and then season 5 of Angel takes place after the series finale of Buffy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

he was kinda trapped in the necklace and angel opened it and bam he was on angel!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it's b/c wolfram and hart were the ones who sent the necklace to angel so he could take it to buffy who then gave it to spike to use in the final battle!. when spike was "killed" he was then trapped in the necklace and it somehow found it's way back to wolfram and hart(i believe it was lindsey who sent it) when angel took over the firm!. spike was trapped in it!. when angel opened it it realeased him except he wasn't corporeal!. so after a few eps i believe fred found a way to make him real again!.
yes spike still had a soul but when the partners and lindsey pit him up against angel as the world's champion,he and angel still had their rivalry especially after angel learned a/b spike and buffy's former involvement!. spike has always been an a hole w/or w/o a soul!.
