The creators must assume that the viewer assume, joe is driving a car created specifically for his handicap!. Cars can be created for people who dont have legs, they just have to use their hands!. It may be possible that joe has also been learning how to use prosthetics without our knowledge, maybe he has titanium legs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
