Alright, it was a show i watched when i was younger so probably like 13 years ago tops!. It had a sock!? and it lived in a bedroom!. I keep thinking it was named like Goosbumps or something, but it had nothing to do with the books!.

When I read the question, I had immediately thought of "Bump in the Night"!. I remember that show being on Toon Disney!. The only thing that doesn't match up is that I believe the character was a claymation little green goblin-type creature, and that it had little animated shorts between the storyline!?
