The only people he can't touch, are those that he has already brought back to life, if he does they will go back to where they belong (dead)!. That's why he can't touch his dog, because he is really dead, (Ned touched him and brought him back to life) if he does touch him he goes back to being dead!.

If he touches someone that is dead he brings them back to life for one minute then he has to touch them again for them to die!. If he doesn't, someone else dies in their place!. He can touch people who are alive but he couldn't touch Anna Friel as she died and he brought her back and if he touched her again after this she would die again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
