there was a skit on mad tv the other day with nicole sullivan where she was in front of a store and she was getting a ticket from a cop for parking in a handicapped spot!. anyone know the name of the skit or the youtube link!? helpp, thank you : )

Parking Ticket: A police officer (Will Sasso) writes a parking
ticket for a woman (Nicole Sullivan) who parked in a handicapped
parking space; she tries to talk her way out of it!. And as she
expounds on everything that is wrong with her life she reels off
some good lines, like the one about how her blind date took her
to Red Lobster and used a coupon ("It's bad enough we were the only
white people there!.!.!.I could have been killed!") This is by-the-book
sketch comedy with Sasso playing the straight man to Sullivan's whiny,
neurotic ***** (especially funny is when she desperately falls to the
ground and invokes the name of Rodney King - shades of "Airheads"
in which the crowd starts chanting "Rodney King," frightening the
cops enough so that they back down)!. Overall this was one of the bettersegments in this show!.
