Angel finally gives in because he wants to be able to stop Connor, who's holding a group of people hostage!.
After he and Connor fight, he returns to the group and tells them that they now run Wolfram and Hart, and in return, he gets the amulet that Buffy needs and Connor has been wiped from everyone's memory but his, as Angel is attempting to give him a fresh start in life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Angel Investigations are made an offer they can't refuse, when a newly opened Wolfram and Hart give them the opportunity to work there, allowing them access to every secret file and rewarding Angel with a file on the Sunnydale apocalypse!.
