A player who wins an exemption is safe from being eliminated in the quiz at the end of the show!. However, in a lot of circumstances, what it takes to win an exemption costs the group money!.
One of the players is the "mole!." The job of the mole is to prevent the group from completing the mission!. However, if folks knew who the mole was, they could take steps to keep the mole from interfering!. So the mole has to be subtle!.
However, because the quiz is based on questions about the mole, at times, some players will engage in "molish" conduct (i!.e!. actions that seem designed to impede the group) to trick other players into misidentifying the mole!.
