my guess is Victor goes to the doctor with sabrina and finds out she is further along than he thinks, either that or Niki turns to drinking again, and victor spends a lot of time with her to get her off the bottle again!. OMG!. I didn't know that they were going to break up!. Here's my guesses:
1!. Sabrina feels like her mom is going to sabotage things!. Her mother will be trying to sell pics of the wedding on today's episode!.
2!. Sabrina doesn't want to be a golddigger like her mother!.
3!. Victor finds out that David is going to leave Nikki and runs to her rescue!.

I think it is going to be when her mother shows up and blows the secret that she was pregnant before she came to GC, while Nikki starts to spiral out of control with David and he is threatening to her so Vic swoops in to save Nikki!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
