Question: What happened on the last episode of supernatural 2!?

their father came out when the doors of hell opened!. and he seized the opportunity to save his boys!. so that means that while the boys are trying to find him, he was already dead!. in the end, there are a glowing light around him before is ghost disappeared!. since he saved his boys, does that mean that he went to heaven or did he go back to hell!?
is the revived sam 100% pure sam!? the demon with yellow eyes said something like that to dean!. so those who know what happened later on, did sam change in any way!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

We're meant to believe that John Winchester has gone to Heaven now but when Sam asked Dean where he thought their father is now, Dean said he just didn't know but he definitely climbed out of Hell along with about 200 other demons who escaped so we can be sure that at least he didn't go back to Hell!.
Whether or not Sam has changed from being '100% pure human Sam' is very much open to debate!. We know that he has demon blood in him from the night his mother was killed!. Sam spent a lot of season 3 trying to be more like Dean because he knew that Dean only had a year to live and Sam would be left to fight the demon war alone!. We saw a change in Sam's nature in his willingness to kill humans whereas in seasons 1 and 2 he would have been the one to try and prevent Dean from killing humans - like in the episode 'Croatoan'!. But in 'Fresh Blood' Sam kills Gordon Walker pretty brutally and he was more than willing to kill members of a coven who were using black magic also!. He seems to be becoming more like Dean through necessity and maybe also because he's seen that being a nice and gentle guy gets you stabbed in the back and killed!.
But I think, essentially, he's still the same Sammy we all know and love : )Www@Enter-QA@Com
