Question: SoCalifornians, who were these exercise people!?
For those residents who lived in Los Angeles or Orange County during the 1980s, there was an exercise show with a husband and wife!. The man had blond hair and a dark tan, and his wive had dark brown hair!.
The show was on one of them local channels back then like channel 56 or 58, or maybe even KOCE!.
I was telling someone about this show, but I couldn't for the life of me remember the name of that exercise program!. I think their last name was Ernstein or Bernstein!. I tried to Google it but got no good results!.

Possibly Jack and Elaine LaLanne!? They are now living in San Luis Obispo, CA and do a weekly fitness spot on the local news- usually demonstrating a simple exercise for "mature" folks (he's in his 90s!)!. He had a show on fitness back in the 50s, but maybe it was on in the 80s too!Www@Enter-QA@Com
