I have actually seen a transcript of the penultimate scene of the finale (copied by somebody present during filming)!. I have every reason to believe it was genuine, since it was accompanied by pictures taken while the scene was being made!.
So I know what happens to Donna!. I'm not going to say exactly what I know here as I don't want to spoil it for people, but I'll just say that in one way it's a sad ending, but in another way it's happy and you should probably have a box of tissues on hand while watching ;-)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't think RTD would kill off Donna-like Rose, I reckon she won't die, but be told she will!.
According to sources Donna is in the last scene with the Doctor and Wilf, and the Doctor says to Wilf "you can never tell her" or something like that!.
I reckon she loses her memory or is maybe cloned like Martha and Jenny, as it is a recurring theme this series, and that UNIT soldier who was cloned in TSS/TPS is in Turn Left!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well we dont know for certain as RTD is keeping it under wraps but I did read somewhere that yes in Joruney's End Donna does sacrifice to save not only the Doctor but all of mankind!. Then the Doctor who is full of grief breaks the rules of time travel and goes back in time to wipe Donna's memory so she will never remember him from the Runaway Bride so will never come looking for him in Partners In Crime so will therefore never die!
