Cartoon title?!
Question: Cartoon title!?
It was either a Looney Tune or a Merrie Melody I don't know which!. Anyway, it's a cartoon that has a man narrating a story!. He says that it was raining cats and dogs and it shows it raining cats and dogs!. Then he said he died laughing and it shows a man laughing while being put onto a gurney!. I don't know when this cartoon came out but I'm judging the 1940's or 1950's!. I know that doesn't narrow it down that much but I would like to know the title of this cartoon so I can try to find it on youtube!. I wish I had more information than that but I do not!.
