Question: On Jon & Kate plus 8, did they get any government or outside help!?
Like with housing, transportation, financial!.!.!. meaning did the government help by giving them money or building them a house or giving them a free van!? I watch the show and I see that they work and paid for what they have, but I've heard people say that they received all that stuff for free!. So I was just wondering!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No they don't get money from the government!. When they were first born she was a nurse so I'm sure they saved money from that plus he has a good job!. The free stuff they are talking about is probably donations from individuals or companies!. I've seen families like theirs on Oprah, Martha Stewart, etc!. and product companies will give them products!. I agree that they probably get $$ for doing the show, but whatever they have isn't given by the government!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'm pretty sure there was no governement help, or very little because before they did the show they had very little money!.
A lot of things were definitely donated; they have a lot of strollers and equipment that they didn't buy!. Once the show started, then they got paid for it, and they get a lot of things for free from sponsors!. A lot of the kids clothing has slogans on it, which is definitely advertising for the donors!. Listen and you will hear them mention a lot of companies!. They have all donated stuff!.

I've been wondering the same thing!!! You knoooow their getting alot of free stuff!. On one episode where their playing with play dough and talking about it, when it cuts to commercials it's for the exact same product!!! And how in the world do they get to take so many vacations!? Kate always makes it sound like they have to be super-frugal to get what they have, but they definatly don't seem to go without anything! also, the free cosmetic surgeries for both of them!?, talk about exploiting their children for financial gain!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.kinda reminds you of the Dionne Quintuplets in the 30'sWww@Enter-QA@Com
well i'm not sure if they get money from the government, but i'm sure that they get money from doing the show!. theres no way that they would let people with cameras follow them around all day for free!. no, i'm sure that they get a certain percentage of the profit from the show!. because on one show they were talking about buying a new house and they had these humongous houses that they were looking at!. and like even if you watch other shows like little people big world, in the first episodes theyre complaining about how little money they have, then a few years later molly was saying how she wanted to go to this country and this country and this city and this country and all of their new projects, i'm like 99!.99% sure that they get money from the shows!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
people offer them things like , a ski company offered to fly them to a ski resort to teach the kids how to ski , and a hair company paid for jon to get hair implants!.!. its also bc of the publicity those places want , with them having their own show and all!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i dont know but like, on the episode they got their piano they were like well someone gave it to us for free so im guessing they do because jon is the only one who brings in the money so im guessing yes!.

probably so, people feel sorry for huge families and donate items!.!.!.which is fine, but I don't think it should be flaunted or mislead!. There's no way they could get by on just his salary!.So, somebody gives them money!. IMOWww@Enter-QA@Com
