Isn't smoking bad for the taste buds!.!.!. I would think they wouldn't be allowed to smoke!. I don't understand that stuff either!. If it's too stressful find another job they can handle!. Every job is stressful !.!.!.ya just gotta deal with it!. I'm sure over time when they taste their dishes!.!.!.sauces!.!.whatnot!.!.!.they taste something different then the customer does!.
