For me it has to be:
"Bart Gets An Elephant": when a peanut factory foreman spots the titular elephant approaching, he gives the following dramatic announcement:
Foreman: "This is the moment people! Now I know many of you thought it would never happen!. Yet I insisted that we spend half an hour every morning training for it!. Some of you thought I was mad, and others even transferred to another peanut factory!. But now is the time!.!.!.[gets trampled by the elephant]"Www@Enter-QA@Com

Funny, I had thought of posting a similar question! My favourite lines are:
1!. Homer sees Patty and Selma and says "well if it isn't Fatty and Smellma" LOL every time
2!. Bart rings Moe's and asks to speak to Jock Strap!. I don't know why, but it's ridiculously funny!.
