Well I can tell you, NCIS is SOOOO Far from the actuality of what normally goes on in NCIS offices!.!.!.
I think Criminal Minds isn't far off!. Law and Order looks pretty realistic as well!. And I guess I really don't know much about the WitSec program, but In Plain Sight looks to be pretty realistic!.
As much as I love CSI - I think Vegas is probably the most realistic, but I don't really think lab techs run out in the field and bust the bad guys like the Miami ones!.!.
And Bones is actually based on the experiences of Kathy Reichs!. And since she is one of the producers, I am going to say that Bones is pretty true to life, even though some of it might seem a little far fetched!.

NYPD Blue and
Hill Street Blues were very realistic!. But most crimes aren't solved in real life - don't expect them to ever catch the guy who stole your wallet or broke into your house in NY!. And they're certainly not solved in the time frame on tv!. Most murderers are caught when the guy's pissed-off ex-girlfriend rats him out!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
