To me, Karen comes across as a negative, lacking self esteem type of person, for e!.g:
Neil had to bring in somebody to give her the confidence that she could sing at the club!!, heck, she even had a prob choosing a dress to sing in!.!.!.!.remember!?
When asked to help raise Lily's "baby", she didn't even want to think about it, she packed up and left!!
Neil asked her to marry him, has she given him any substantial reason for her "no"!? NO, she is always running!!
ln my mind she is the exact opposite of Dru and l think Neil needs someone strong by his side at this time!. So maybe that's why it's time for Dru to return!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i get so tired of y&r with the "will they or won't they!?" storylines!. if they are going to get married, i wish they would already!. i liked dru early on, but her character got kind of flighty and irritating in the end!. i think the actress is great, but the character did get a little over the top toward the end like another poster said!. karen is a little too old-fashioned to me!. neil needs a woman that has a little more spunk!. dru and karen are such polar opposites, if he got a woman that fell somewhere in the middle, she would be perfect for him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I am one of the few who loved the actress who played Dru but despised her character!. I think what the writers did to her was wrong!. And the actress was pretty strong on not returning!. So- should she come back- no!. To your original question which prompted the other comment- I say no!. Karen bugs me!. Neil needs someone hot - he is a hot man!. He is very domineering!. He should have someone with a backbone!. If he marries Karen & Dru does come back, Dru will eat her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Dru shall soon be returning i think her schedule will be free either this month or next!. I do want Dru to return and remarry, but I can see why he wants Karen Taylor too, she a classy and beautiful broad and gets along with his kids too!. They make a perfect couple, but I perfer him with Drucilla!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
