Supernatural is such a fantastic series there are just too many great episodes to choose from : )
In Season 1 I think the best episode was 'Skin' where they dealt with a shapeshifter who took Dean's form to murder one of Sam's friends!.
In Season 2 the finale 'All Hell Breaks Loose Part 1 & Part 2' was just brilliant when they finally caught up with and destroyed the Yellow Eyed Demon or Azazel!.
In Season 3 I loved 'A Very Supernatural Christmas' and 'Ghostfacers' because they were just hilarious and took a break from the more serious side of the show!. 'Mystery Spot' was fantastic too, it went from being laugh out loud funny to being really serious and dark very quickly but again, the finale 'No Rest for the Wicked' was excellent!Www@Enter-QA@Com

In my opinion, the greatest episode was the season finale!. It wrapped up a lot yet left a huge cliffhanger!. I can't wait until next season!. =]Www@Enter-QA@Com
They are all awesome; but one of my favorites is when they were trapped in the police station and it was attacked by an army of evil spirits in human form!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
