On this occasion, Mario is right!. This is a survival technique and is typical behaviour in a group situation - people make roles for themselves, usually where other members of the group will rely on them!. Typically, this would be cooking and cleaning!. Kat is doing the same - she is providing massages to the group - it gives her a role and soothes and relaxes other members of the group!. To cook for 16 people in that tiny kitchen is no mean achievement!. To cook with the basic rations and provide a halfway decent meal is a very tough call even for a chef!.
I'm a bloody good cook and I wouldn't fancy it!.
As soon as there are fewer to cater for and the rations improve the others will get a turn in the kitchen!.
So much for "Mario's" much trumpeted leadership skills, in a situation like this the best thing a leader can do is to identify the strengths of the team members and use them effectively!. Not to have a trained chef prepare the meals when you have one would be insane!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
