Question: Sex in the City - does Sam, Carrie, Miranda & Charlotte ever talk about their family!?
I saw the movie last night - it was very good - but it got me thinking!.!.!.!.!.do those ladies ever say anything about where they are from or their families (mom, dad, siblings)!?
Just curious if anyone knows!.

Yes they do! In the TV show at least!. A few examples(I can't recall the season and episode numbers though)!. Samantha: her mother used to make her a special cough syrup cocktail, made of orange soda, and Robitussin!. Carrie: her father left her mother when she was a young child!. She never reconciled with him as an adult!.(That explains many of her relationship issues, The Russian)!. Miranda, her father lived in CT!. Her mother and two sisters lived in PA!.(Remember the episode with her mom's funeral)!. Charlotte, her family are "blue bloods" from CT!. Her brother Wesley, slept with Samantha!. It led to one of two fights between Charlotte and Sam(over Sam's lifestyle)!. I hope the info helps!. None of the ladies' parents were ever featured on the TV show!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
In a couple of the episodes from the past seasons yes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but very little!. Miranda's mother dies and that was in one episode, she has a sister and I think a brother who were at the funeral!. Carrie talks about her dad in one of the episodes (he left her when she was an infant)!. Charlotte's family is briefly metioned in one of the early episodes!. As for Samantha I've never heard her mention or mention of her family!. But I'm sure I missed some of the very early episodes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
