when a character says or do something that's supposed to be "funny", I always hear those background laughing sounds!.!.

Normally in shows like that it is always a taperecorder since when shows are filmed live at the end they say it or it is writen in the credits!. so probably it is a tape recorderWww@Enter-QA@Com
