Ok I started getting into "That 70s Show" and I was thinking "WHY DON'T I WATCH THIS WITH MY DAD!?!" So I asked if he wants to watch it with me sometime and he said "OK!" and now I remember how embarrassing the show is for parents sometimes and he wants to watch it and I'm embarrassed to watch it with him!.!.!. I know this is kind of stupid but I really want to get out of this without him thinking it is his fault!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Dude, let him watch it with you!. He will, probably, identify with one of the parents, like Red maybe!. While it might use the parents as foils for the kids antics, it isn't disrespectful towards the parents as characters or, in general!. If you thought, at first, that your dad might enjoy the show, go with your first gut instinct and let him decide if it's for him or not!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You can distract him with a better show or his favorite sport on ESPN that is on at the same time!.
I think the show does accentuate problems between teenagers and their parents, so I think you are right to avoid this TV show and it's topics with older people unless you have recorded and pre-screened the topics that they present!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
