Question: American Idol losing its talent poll!?
I've noticed that from the seasons past, most of them were talented, and in this season, very few were talented, i mean even Jason Castro got in top 4 for gods sake and he cant even sing that good (no offense jason fans) and even last yr!. blake made it to the top 2, like whoa, that guy can barely even sing, i have to agree that only both davids were talented but other than that theres not so much of a talent!.!.!.!.!.!. slowly, american idol is becoming rigged too i noticed!.!.!.!. is it just me!? or maybe i'm over thinking it, im sure 5 years from now AI will get canceled (i hope), anyway, going back to the question, do you think it is losing more talents every year!?!?!?!? (and dont support your fans just answer the question coz its killing me to hear those supporters, idol has ended like 4 weeks ago, but just wondering!. i cant even imagine what will happen next yr!.!.!. haha!!! what do you guys think!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

To me American Idol is becoming more and more circus clown's show!.It doesn't have better system to vote!.I have heard many ppl would vote even more then once!.It must have some different method to vote,because the result is not really genuine and very unfair to those who are really telented(Example:-David Archuleta)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think they're TRYING to get better talent, which is why they're getting more professionals and older people than they used to (used to be max!. age was 23)!.
David Cook is the best they've ever had on the show, whether it's winner, contestant, whatever!. He's going to earn them zillions of dollars!. He has been professional for about 10 years, just not signed on with any record company!.

I think the talent is there, it's the voting system that sucks!. People that should have lasted longer get voted off early because of it!. When you have a billion little teeny boppers making a billion phone calls voting for one person and voting for cute instead of talent that's what happens!. It's a shame they don't do something to fix that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I really think that the show has become a popularity contest!. Little girls kept the likes of Jason Castro in there much too long!.!.!.!.Talent seems to be over shadowed by looks and 'boyish' charm than by talent and musical prowess!.

I Would have to agree!. To me, some of the more talented ppl were voted off before their time, and the less talented ppl stuck around!. It's beginning to become more of a popularity and looks show than a true vocal talent competition!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
its just a big popularity contest!. Thats what bugs me!. In the beginning, people DID vote for the best singer, and now David Cook wins, when it should have been David Archuletta!.

Blake Lewis was behind on vocals but he made up for that by taking risks which paid off!. So did David Cook!. He's no Archuleta but he was unique in his choices and did daring covers of songs such as Billie Jean and Hello( Even if he did steal it from some other band, it sound fresh compared to the cheesy pop songs the contestants have to sing each year)!. They both gained popularity among the audiences that way!.
On Jason Castro, he wasn't an exceptional singer but he certainly was likable and kinda funny!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Just because you don't think Jason Castro is talented, doesn't mean he isn't!. There are tons of people who DO think he is amazing!.
And I don't think American Idol is losing its' talent!. Yes, there's always the odd contestant where you sit there and think, how did they even make it this far!?!? But that's your own personal opinion!. For me, that was Amanda Overmeyer!. lol!. But you have to realize that there are lots of people who did like her singing!.
Anyway, my point is that just because you don't think someone is talented, doesn't mean they aren't!. It's all a matter of opinion!. Everyone has different tastes in music!. And it all comes down to whoever America votes for!.!.!.!.so if Jason Castro made it to the top four, that means that a lot of people think he is pretty amazing, and overrule what YOU think!. :PWww@Enter-QA@Com
