You would think he would be in some kind of Court ordered Anger Management, altho with him that would be a joke!.
I am still amazed how he breaks the door down at Blair's house, with her own body guard AND restraining order there for everyone's protection, and no one hauled his psycho butt off to jail where he can learn the meaning of a restraining order!.
Instead he goes to Marcie and Michael's, waves his restraining order in their face, with his threatening body guard, and leaves!. Marcie and Michael have grounds to take out a restraining order against him, and should have done so immediately!.
He keeps transferring the results of his actions to someone else!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
I used to like him long long ago, but I think he may have a split personality ( Vicki / Nicki!.!.!.!.!.!. Jess/ Tess )

The writers of OLTL has really changed his character!. Okay I know Todd was never a saint but he was never this evil either!. He was someone we liked to hate but they just made him more darker each year!. Ever since Evangeline was put in a coma he started to get worse!. Blair used to could have talked him down but thats not working anymore!. I hope the writers put back some redeeming qualities Todd use to have!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Todd used to be the guy you love to hate, but he has gone so far out there lately!. Everyone knows that Todd is a bad boy and will never be a saint but this is ridiculous how the writers are making him out to be; a deranged, stupid, hazardous parent and person!.
