It was called Young Americans!. The character you're talking about was called "Jake" Pratt her real name was Jacquline!. Ian Sommerhalder (Boone from LOST) was in it!. It was a spin off of Dawson's Creek!. It was fun!. It always ended with the song Over The Rainbow / What A Wonderful World by Israel "Iz"
