ok!.!.!.I got most of the plot!.!.!.but the bit that's confusing me is why did the doctor not upload Mrs Who straight away!.!.!.when does he intend doing this!?or is she only gonna be Mrs Who in the virtual world that she is in now!?(and if not!.!.!.whose darn kids has she had!?!?)as usual i ended up more confused the more i tried to think about it!.HELLLLLLLLP !!Www@Enter-QA@Com

River Song (Mrs!. Who) was dead, like her friends, and could not be up loaded as like the others, they had been saved to computer hard drive like when you download something from the Internet!.

The kids were not real!. They are there to make you think that everything is real!. This is because if they knew the truth it would be really hurtful and hard to deal with!. Dr moon is a good person!.
She is dead but the doctor put her on the hard drive in the library inside the little girls mind so she can kind of live but it wont be real!. It is just her mind in that world because their minds are kept in that bar thing that they talk into!.
The kids are the same ones as Donna had!. He didn't upload her straight away because it took him a while to work out why she had the screwdriver and what he had to do!. She cant come back because she is properly dead but the ones who were uploaded again, back into the library were saved and their bodies werent destroyed!.

Remember when the woman in the veil was talking to Donna!? She had died in the library, and was "saved" into the hard drive after her death, by way of the green flashy lights on her suit (her memory echo thing)!. Donna, however was saved to the hard drive while she was still alive, so she (and all the others that had been in the library when they were saved by Cal) was able to come back to reality!.
River Song, Dave, other Dave and the two other women had all died in the library, so although they were saved to the hard drive, using their green lights, they cannot ever come back to reality!.

The kids are the two kids that are part of the computer program - the same ones Donna had and also the same as the replica kids in the playground!. The third kid was Cal herself!. She wished away her fictional Dad so Doctor Moon would have made sure River Song would take care of her!.

It seemed to me that the computer could only download people who were alive when they were uploaded (like Donna)!. She was already dead, like the rest of her team, so couldn't be brought back to life!. (Or maybe, he's just not figured out how to do it yet)Www@Enter-QA@Com
he didnt upload her becus he needed her to look after the world of dreams!. he wont upload her becus she needs to look after the little girl who was the one controlling the libary and the other two were the main two who were cloned for donna!.

Well tonight's episode certainly blew my previous theory about River Song being a 51st century con artist out of the water - LOL!. To be fair, I was right about pretty much everything else though - as were you, to be equally fair!.
The only explanation for the bit that's confusing you, can be that she really does become the Doctor's companion, and a very close one at that, in his future, but in her past!. So at some point in the future, he will meet her former self, before any of the events we've just seen have happened to her!.
That was why the Doctor gave her the sonic screwdriver in his future, because he knew she would end up sacrificing herself to save him in the Library, and uploading her personality trace to the computer was the only way to save her life (after a fashion at least)!. Obviously he couldn't actually do that until he realised why his future self had given her the sonic screwdriver, and he uploaded her as soon as he did!.
Anyway, that's the long explanation!. The short explanation is "wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff"!.
The kids are easily explained!. They are just the same computer constructs that Donna had as her kids!. I don't think young Charlotte Abigail Lux has much imagination when it comes to designing virtual children!.
Loved the fact that Dr Moon turned out to be a real moon, by the way!.
As for River song - Lover!? Wife!? Who knows!? But there are not many, if any, people that the Doctor would trust with his real name outside of Time Lord society!. It looks to me as if Steven Moffat may have big plans for the character when he takes over from Russel!. T Davies for the 2010 series!.

Donna's marriage was just a way to keep up the illusion of reality so that she wouldn't want to leave the virtual world!. The kids at the end in the beds were CAL herself and Donna's pretend 'kids' in the two others - Ella and Joshua!. Cal invented them for Donna so the implication was she kept them for herself, probably so she wouldn't be lonely!.
She gave River Song her own dead crew back so River wouldn't be lonely in her new home - the virtual reality world of the computer!.
River Song now resides in the computer's core, with Dr Moon again watching over the system!. He's the virus controller!. All along he was protecting the little girl, Cal!.

OOh it was such a good episode wasnt it!.!. even better than last week!. Are you guys sure that she marries the doctor then (mrs who!?)- and thats why he tells her his name!. Or maybe its just cos he loves her!.!. but he loved rose too and didnt tell her!. I didnt realise she had CAL as a kid too!.!. thats really interesting!. also!.!. where was CAL living in real life, it wasnt the virtual world was it!.!. that was in her head!. But how come she could delete dr moon and her dad!. And who exactly was dr moon!? Donna should have gone to find her husband to talk to him!.!. cos they did actually both remember each other and liked each other!.
