Yes, they eat the proper amount of food to stay a healthy weight!. Most Americans overeat!. In general you only need 1500-1800 calories per day give or take depending on height!. Calculate the callories in most foods and you will see that you cannot eat much to stay under what you need!.
The only way to loose weight for life and keep it off is callorie reduction, period!. You have to get used to eating less, that is all there is to it!. If you love to eat, then dont talk about how much you weigh, just accept it if thats fine with you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I seriously doubt that all the actresses eat and I bet some of them are anorexic; how else can one explain how some of these actresses get skinnier and skinnier and the bones are just jutting out; they're skin and bones!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Some of them do!. Honestly, I think the "heavier" actresses (who are still thinner than average, but obese by Hollywood standards) are a lot more attractive than the stick figures!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
