Question: OLTL-Isn't it funny how Nash is now the most beloved character ever!?
I wanted to say this on the OLTL message board elsewhere, but it'd be deleted!. What I mean is, since it came out that Nash was out, didn't he become the most popular character in OLTL history!? People began petitions, wriring campaigns, whine-fests, all to save a character THAT WAS HARDLY EVEN ON! If these people really gave a rat's one about Nashie-pooh, where were they when he was all but buried and back-burnered!? Hmm!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know and how everyone was all upset and grieving over his bed and flipping out!. I know, it is sad but no one like him when he came to town and I havent seen any scenes where he was actually fully loved and accepted in town either!. It was just like people only tolerated him for Jessica but there was never any real affection! I dont know why fans are writing in either b/c in all the soap mags, they viewers constantly complained about him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I suppose his fans would have remained happy if he had faded into a "happily ever after" recurring character oblivion!. Sometimes it IS nice when they just let characters go out quietly!. They don't always have to kill someone off!. But, I think they wanted Jessica freed up for other story lines!.
I, for one, didn't like Nash!. There is something gross about how his eyebrows protrude!. Neandertal!. I don't understand why anyone thought he was good looking!. Just because a guy works out and develops muscles does not make his face any less ugly!. I'm not into the overly sculpted look, anyway!. Oh, I didn't like the character, either!. And I still don't!. He was never interesting, to me!. His only purpose was to get Jessica out from under Antonio's thumb!. And, yay, she is!. So, now he can go!. No writing campaigns from me!.

Its true Nash was all but buried and back burnered!. He had been reduced to a nonexistent character so this should not come as a surprise to anyone who's been watching OLTL for awhile however, his fans cannot even begin to fanthom that he'd go out like this; the writers could have had him go overseas or be kidnapped or some other way than to kill him off cuz that's so final!. Who knows if enough of his fans raise a ruckus, it might make the show honchos reconsider bringing him back maybe as a twin brother; that's happened on GH with Luiz Alcazar and Lorenzo Alcazar!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
People were reacting that way because they didn't think it was a possibility!. Who would have thought they would kill him off!. I love him and I love his character, but I figured he was front burner for a long time and now Jared and Rex are!. It didn't mean they were going to kill him!. I personally think they had to cut someone making good money to bring back Marty!. I don't know if the sacrifice will be worth it!. But I guess we will see!. That guy who plays Brody is hot, so I guess they thought they could get rid of the higher paid hunk!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well he's gone & it's too late to cry now!. I personally loved him & frankley never thought this would happen!. The way he died is not such as they could ever bring him back & nobody could ever take his place!. He could be brought back as a ghost though!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.as General Hospital has done with Allen & Nicholas's fiance'!. & All My Children has done with Dixie!. LOL!Www@Enter-QA@Com
