Nope!.!.!.Starman was first a 1984 movie starring *Jeff* Bridges, then a 1986-87 TV series starring Robert Hays, but the main character was an *alien* who comes to Earth, nothing to do with a human being who gets superpowers!.
Greatest American Hero was about a human being who got superpowers when he put on a suit he was given by aliens, but I don't think it had anything to do with getting hit by a star!. And he was a teacher, not an astronaut!.
