"reality" show about a serial killer (90s)?!

does anyone know the name of a "reality" show that came on fox in the 90s!. IT was supposedly about a group of people who are assembled to look for a serial killer, the elimination was that two people were sent to different locations and theloser would end up in the place with the killer and die, the other would come back!.

I remember that one suspects name was thibideoux!. And I think the title may have been the name of the fictional city!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
