Of the regular cast of characters, I like Miranda Bailey best; I think it's because I'm a lot like her in lots of ways!.
George, on the other hand, irritates the HELL out of me!. Even before I learned that the actor was gay, I'm sitting and thinking, "Why on EARTH does anybody think this little boy is sexy!?!?!? He's a baby, and a klutz, and shows some backbone about once in 27 episodes - yuck!"
That has nothing to do with the ACTORS; I'm sure they're both perfectly nice people!. I'm strictly going on characters :-)
Edit: I agree with the person above me - they could have done something interesting with Hahn (and I hope they still will); Brooke Smith is an excellent actress (she's the girl who was in the pit in "Silence of the Lambs"!), and I'd like to see them really build a personality for her; right now she's pretty much a prop for others to play against!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I really like a lot of the characters, but my personal favorite would have to be Bailey, because she is awesome and her character doesn't change from season to season!. She is funny and is in charge, and doesn't care what people think of her!.
My least favorite is probably callie, just because i never liked her dating george, and that was my first impression of her, so i never really liked her again and now with the hahn/callie thing, i like her even less!.

Favorite: Meredith - well, she is the main character but I like the complexity of her character and I love her relationship with Derek (now that she's back together with him of course!)
