Question: Is Stephen Moffatt the best Doctor Who writer ever!?
So I'm not one of these people who's only just discovered the series!. I still have great respect for writers like Terrance ***** and Robert Holmes, among others!. But I've been increasingly impressed by Stephen Moffatt: he has clever and original ideas that he uses to create compelling stories that are often really creepy!. I'm so impressed!.

I thought Stephen Moffat was a fantastic writer when I watched Coupling, the scripts were so funny and cleverly done so I was really pleased that he was writing scripts for the new Doctor Who series and he hasn't disappointed at all!. His scripts are brilliant - I think his best so far has been 'Blink'!. I couldn't think of anyone better to take over from Russell T Davies!. I agree that Terrance ***** wrote some great scripts for the classic series too and Russell T Davies wrote some really good stories but I think Stephen Moffat is the best Doctor Who writer overall!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
you've still got to go for ***** due mainly to the sheer weight of ideas and history he added to the Who canon!. I do think Moffat is one of the better new writers, but you need to see how his quality holds up over a few years yet!. (not to be too picky, but he already used the sinister masked figure repeating one phrase in the empty child)

I personally think Russell T Davis is the best writer, he always captures the theme and plot of the episode very well and always forms sepctacular end of series and start of series episodes which introduces characters and relationships in a heartwarming and comical way!. He never strays from the story while still making the audience laugh and cry!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I know nothing much about Dr Who, but my bf watches it constantly and Stephen Moffatt is the guy he keeps on mentioning!.!.!.he seems to think he is a God!. Am I right in thinking that this is the same guy that wrote Coupling!?!Www@Enter-QA@Com
He's a great writer!. Loved the episodes Father's Day and Blink!. Loved the episode from Saturday night too, which he wrote!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
