Question: I have a Soap Opera question concerning "The Young and The Restless"!.!.!.!?
What happened to Maggie(the police detective) who was dating Paul Williams(the private detective)!? I really liked them as a couple!. So, if anyone knows what happened!.!.!.I would really appreciate the info!.!.!.Thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The writers for some reason think us fans are very unobservant and forgetful and probably thought no one would notice that she is suddenly just gone!
I am fairly sure they never said the character was leaving on the show and if they did, they didn't make much of a deal about it!
Again, probably because they (the writers) thought no one would notice, but many of us regular watchers did!
I read on another website that the actress got tired of waiting around all the time for her character to have a scene on the show and finally left Y&R and accepted a role on another soap where she would have a bigger part!

I really dont remember where they said she went or even mentioned she was leaving!. I thought they made a great couple too and they should bring her back!. Paul needs a love interest in the show!. Maybe they thought everyone would just forget about her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
She didn't renew her contract but the never explained it on the show why she left!. Just one day *poof* she was gone!. I hope she comes back because I liked her as a love interest to Paul :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
