I need help with remembering a TV program my mom taped in the 1980s!. The tape has been lost for sometime now, and now I'm getting sentimental!. I would like to look up more info about that TV special I watched as a kid, but unfortunately it's been so long and I was so young at the time that I only remember these details:
Sometime in the 1980's Disney was celebrating some sort of milestone!. The TV program was a special, probably on ABC!. It included footage of Disneyland parades and clips from old Disney cartoons!. It had a few features about animation!. I think it may have been celebrating Mickey's birthday, but I'm not sure!. The whole thing was hosted by Dick Van Dyke!.

Could it be Donald Duck's 50th Birthday (1984) (TV) hosted by Dick Van Dyke!?

that reminds me i have a tape that still works it has all these old cartoons!.
one of the episodes is about Mickey going to a construction site and he meets Minnie Mouse and at the end they leave and hand out lunch sacks and it does celebrate something i don't really remember

well, I wasn't alive at the time, but I looked it up on Google and it said that one of the shows that Dick Van Dyke has hosted was a show on CBS in 1956!. It was called television's "Cartoon Theater!."Www@Enter-QA@Com
