I think many acts deserved a place in the final and did not even make the semi's!. I believe the judges deliberately pick acts that are not so good so that their favourites are chosen in the public vote!. In Craigs case, he is very talented and I believe he has made his mark and hopefully will be spotted and signed up for the future of good British entertainment!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think it would've added balance to the final if Craig had got through, although there isn't much mileage in an act of his kind that is very much old school compared with Nemesis!. I do wish him well though and I hope at least he does something from this experience!. I can't comment on the Cheeky Monkey's as I didn't see their performance!. As for Per Diem, the whole scene seemed pretty ugly to me, one of the guys seemed to have an enormous chip on his shoulder and they were both terribly nervous!. I think they should've just been humble and accepted that they messed up on the night!. It was all pretty embarrassing to me!. Kate & Gin to win, lol!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think he deserved to get through because he is what the RVS was all about, when I was younger acts like his were on it every year now its just dancers (yawn),acrobats (yawn) and opera singers (yawn), the biggest travesty on BGT though was Flava being voted off in favour of the cheeky monkeys and then they put that dance group (I can't think of their name) through last night who weren't half as good as Flava!.!.!.even though the ever wise (not) Amanda said thay were better!.!.!.oh and what was wrong with Per Diem!?!?!? I think they were p***ed off because the producers did everything in their power to get the other singer Madonna through allowing her to moan on about her kids and then flashing a huge picture up of them up during her performance talk about milking it!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Royal Variety Show is just that - Variety!. There will be all the regular faces there, as that's what "most" of the public (and royalty) want to see!.
But, for Craig Harper, I think it would have been an ideal opportunity to go on to bigger things!. We need comedians and comediens back on television!. We are all too American these days with white youths attempting to rap and dance the "USA way", Irish dancers (Riverdance was years ago - seen it -now move on!.!.!.) Jugglers (unless they are DAMN good and original - juggling live grenades or crocodiles etc)
Variety is dead - We wonder why!? Well, when Ken Dodd passes, and all the other great entertainers, where will we turn to!?
If all these competition shows put forward singers, dancers and jugglers, then there will be no hope left for the likes of newcomers!. Especially to those like the very talented Craig Harper!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agree with the first answer - he should concentrate on finding work for himself now and will be recognised more and leave the sob stories out of it!.Showbusiness is tough and always has been - if people can't handle rejection (however "unfair" they feel it to be) they should stay away from it!.

I think he will probably get some better deals than he has so far!. As to being wrongly rejected that final place I feel that that was his own doing!. Simon was going to put him through but changed his mind when Craig started pleading with him - his own downfall methinks!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
