Well, she was pretty pissed!. Note how she said, "Don't bring him back, don't you dare bring him back!" after petting Aaron--I'm pretty sure she was alluding to Jack's later decision to bring absolutely everyone back to the island!. (If they had to bring Locke's dead body, then they would definitely have to bring Aaron!.) I'm pretty sure Claire was dead if she was warning Kate about things yet to come, so there's a good chance that death, or the just the fact that Kate was dreaming it, would resolve the accent!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
That's interesting, as Emilie de Ravin truly is Australian, so she would have had to have spoken without the accent purposely!.
