The episode is called "Show Ghouls" it from season 7 episode 15!. The guy ur talking abouts name was Drake!. He was hired by Paige to teach at magic school!. He was an ex-demon thaat made a deal with a sorcerer to become human for one year!. It turned out that he was working with Cole to show Phoebe how to love again!.
